      •  Learn basic hand and finger self-massage techniques to improve circulation and release tension.

    Day 2: Deepening Techniques and Personalized Applications

      • Guided warm-up exercises to activate the body’s energy flow (Qi).

      •  Focus on enhancing joint mobility and increasing range of motion. 
      • Personalized Routine Development:

    Day 3: Holistic Integration and Long-Term Wellness

    Focus: Sustaining Benefits and Enhancing Energy Flow  

    • Guided Warm-Up: 
      • Breathing exercises combined with light stretches to stimulate Qi flow. 
      • Integrated Routine Practice:
      • Practice the complete self-massage routine, combining Day 1 and Day 2 techniques. 
      • Learn additional techniques for boosting energy, focus, and creativity.  
    • Holistic Wellness Tips: –
      • Incorporating self-massage into daily life to enhance productivity, creativity, and relaxation. 
      • Nutritional and lifestyle advice to complement self-massage benefits.
